Car Locksmith Change Door Locks. I had a great experience this week on changing the door locks of the actual Jurassic Park Jeep. I knew it would be a great subject for a Blog. When I got there I took the door panel off which if you look is real easy. There were to screws on the handle which I unscrewed and then the door easily just pops out. Now when the door is off 1st step you do is disconnect the lock which you can see the rod and you just pull it off. After that take out the clip with a flat head that hold lock in place. Now all you do is put the new lock in and put the clip back. When you put the clip in the lock is secure and you proceed to connect the rod back in. I suggest you wd-40 the whole area and check to make sure it all works. Now put the door panel back and you are all done.
